We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs! We allow up to two pets per home with a weight limit of 100 lbs for dogs. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $45 per pet. We do have breed restrictions which include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, and mixed breeds of these lineages.
