I chose this property because it has, what I was told, a strict no smoking policy. This is a failed policy as we smell marijuana ... (weed) every week. Most times, all the way into my apartment. I cannot stand sitting on my couch smelling weed. I've reported this rule violation 25 times just in the last 3.5 months. The management doesn't seem to do much about it. I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and regret spending as much money as i have. The guy above me has been a problem since ... the day i moved in. He is constantly STOMPING, hard running, yelling and sounds of a woman crying are consistent all day and night. The recordings I have alone are shocking management has heard many but just do not care. The walls are always shaking and I’ve suffered panic attacks many times due to the noise. I’m so completely embarrassed to invite anyone over, because guests have questioned it before as well. I have made complaints to the property manager and police SEVERAL times and nothing has changed. I feel unsafe in my apartment, and end up leaving just to find peace. There are just too many issues with this community. The gates are always broken, stairwells are rarely cleaned, and the hallways smell like trash. Last week I called the property manager crying, and she just chuckled and said she would send somebody for help. Which did not happen. I cannot wait to finally be able to move out of this apartment!!
